before after mrblhd“After consulting with an architect, I sent bids out to five separate contracting firms… The project presented many problems, the permitting process was arduous, and the site was extremely difficult. We were compelled to stay within the existing footprint, which limited construction options. Two of the bidders declined to take the job, citing “…too many obstacles to completion.”

Mr. Finn cheerfully accepted the job, brought in very capable subcontractors and managed the job seamlessly from “start to finish”

basement transformation

“Our basement is the first update to our home that I feel that was really done RIGHT. From top to bottom. Mitch guided us, shared his expertise, and crafted a room for our family. Hands down the best experience I have had with in the construction field – from Mitch to each and every one of his workers.’

“As a television production and broadcast services provider to the national TV News and Sports networks, we had very specific electrical, specialized and unique HVAC and sound proofing requirements. Mitch’s understanding and knowledge of what our specialized needs were and his ability to gather the right group of subcontractors from his network of contacts, made this project a complete success from all aspects.”

“Paramount Property Management has been doing work with Mitch Finn for a number of years. He has done numerous jobs for us that have ranged from $60,000 to over $1,000,000. Not only have the jobs run smoothly, but they all came within the budget scope put together.”

— Daniel J. Dennehy, CPM, Property Manager, Paramount Property Management

“…..We had three different contractors come in and proceed to tell us that they could give us the kitchen of our dreams, with unfortunately prices to match. Having heard of a historical restoration project that Mr. Finn had completed in North Easton, Mass, we decided to give him a try. Mitch took the time to listen, I mean really listen to us, about what we wanted and then presented us with a plan that not only delivered, but allowed us to redo the entire first floor within our budget, unlike the other guys. The quality and craftsmanship of the products far exceeded our expectations.”
